WHAT WE COLLECT

Three things, and nothing else.

Evaluation requests

If you submit the technical evaluation form, we store the work email address you provide and the time you submitted it. We use it only to reply to that request.

Demo sign-ins

The product demo at demo.aleflabs.ai requires a Google sign-in. We record the email address, the name Google returns, the time, and whether access was granted. We do not record your IP address or browser user agent.

Booked calls

Calls are scheduled through Cal.com, which collects the details you enter on its own booking page under its own privacy policy.

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites. A single browser preference records whether you chose light or dark appearance, and it stays on your device.

HOW WE USE IT

To reply to you, and to know who used the demo.

Evaluation requests are used to respond to you about an evaluation. Demo sign-in records tell us who has accessed a pre-release product. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to build profiles.

Data is held on infrastructure we operate, and on Cloudflare and Google Cloud as service providers. It is kept while we are in contact with you and while the demo remains available. Ask us to delete your data and we will, along with the record of your demo access.

Write to hello@aleflabs.ai to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond to the address you write from.
